The crime scene was shocking. We all knew he will be caught one day for what he has done. Burglary, theft etc…crime that usually happened at night & leaving disgusting trails in the morning.

Cause of death have yet to be determined but from some unknown resources, the cause may be from food poisoning…

God knows how many of  ‘em still hiding in the office…

While most people love the fireworks during NDP, I actually prefer the aerial display. And the reason for not watching NDP anymore?…or well the pix below says it all….

In 1990, my 1st ever national day @the padang, S’pore was 25 years old & this is what the S’pore Air Force come out with…25 jets perfectly placed to form the number 25…Superb!!

19 years later during the 44th NDP in 2009…yup…down  to 3 mosquitoes. Pathetic isn’t it…

Mice invasion…again

The last time the tiny creatures invade my office was about 1 year ago. Everyone freaked out especially the gals. They kept referring ‘it’ as RATS…but after catching a few of  ‘em using traps, they look so small & cute. It’s just slightly bigger than my thumb. I really can’t believe such small animals can go on a feeding frenzy in expense of the unattended tidbits on most of the Staffs’ desks…

Just today, they made their move again. This time i got some photo of the traces they left behind…hehe

This is extracted from an Indian blogger, Mr. Arvind Kartoch. His article Ego – A Big Social Problem in India?really made me understand more about the mentioned social problem in India. Questions on their weird characteristics often arise whenever I come across some of them who are working in S’pore.

To Summarize:

…People (in India) who rose higher in ranks or got high position in society or get rich, starts classifying themselves as different class of people than the rest of Indians…rivalries are mostly result of hatreds grown due to ego clashes…

5cm longer per month. That’s the growth rate of our little one in mummy’s tummy. This is after undergoing the 4th month ultrascan. He/She is still shy about revealing the gender…hehe. So both of us still need to wait. So far so good according to our dear Gynae, Dr. Anthony Siow of KKH. Baby kinda active, especially at night. Rosz had a hard time getting herself into a comfy sleeping position as the baby was somersaulting inside…hehe. Hopefully we’ll get to know the gender by next month so that mummy can start shopping…online…hmm

Very good news for newly crowned parents Man & Lyd. Baby Amelia was safely delivered on the 21st July 2010. Congrats to them too!

Life is full of ups and downs…happy and sad. As usual, I’ll share the sad news 1st…

Just 2 weeks ago I underwent a minor knee surgery. Coz this right knee of mine is giving me problems recently. Climbing afew flight of steps can be abit painful….a sharp poking pain in the joints. So I decided to go for the op & just yesterday, I went for a follow up  session with the specialist who did my right knee. I was so hoping it was just a meniscus tear which was repaired easily…BUT to my extreme sadness, the doc shot me straight “Your ACL ligament is totally torn“ …it’s beyond repair!! He can only recommend me to go for a ligament reconstruction. It’s a more complex surgery & the recovery period is well over 3 freaking months!!…I really can’t afford that now for sure…I’ll lose my job!!

This also actually concluded the END of my soccer playing life…yup, that’s SAD!!

Well, enough about me now…NEXT, I shall share a very happy news…(And I tell you, this wasn’t planned…hehe)

YUP!! Wifey is nearly 4 mths pregnant & insyallah we gonna be new parents on Christmas this year…hehe

What is life in Sg?

Life in Singapore is about…

The ability to put up with humid 35 deg C weather almost all year round

Not being able to escape to the countryside for some fresh air after a hard week’s work.. (becoz there are no countryside in Sg!)

To come home to an expensive, tiny apartment and finding some old movie or crap humourless TV show on your local channels

Not able to enjoy beautiful beaches and wondrous horizons …(Our surrounding waters are filled with dirty oil tankers and cargo ships )

Putting up with uncivilized CHINA people week in, week out

Taking the OMRT (overcrowded MRT) trains to work every morning

Putting pressure on married couples to produce more babies…but not given any expanded salary for the child expenses

Shopping & Eating…Shopping & Eating…till you grow fat, broke & eventually die of chronic sickness…

More to add…if I have something in my mind…
